Claudio was excellent with us. He answered every question quickly and even arranged a 5 a.m. airport transfer for €55. The location also worked well, with bus stops and a supermarket nearby, and for the price the place is acceptable. The room itself wasn't comfortable for us. The bed was too soft and squeaky, there wasn't much natural light because the rooms are on the ground floor, the bathroom door was hard to close, and we could hear noise from other rooms. The great service helped make up for the room.

The owner and staff were kind, and they did a good job using Google Translate to communicate with guests speaking different languages. We had a lot of fun on the bikes and would definitely come back. The little hotel was clean, with nice hot water, and sits in a pleasant neighborhood near the Clodio bus route. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans.

There are only a few rooms, so the shared breakfast room stayed tidy and never felt crowded. The place itself was really neat, with an easy walk to the metro and bus station. The host was great, and check-in and check-out were both contactless.

If other accommodation is full, this is a decent fallback. It's conveniently close to several bus stations, and the rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the weak point: it was just dry items such as croissants, cookies, a couple of jams and Nutella. The rooms aren't well soundproofed, and I had trouble with the toilet flush in mine.

Claudio was a very helpful host and gave us all the information we needed. The rooms were clean, and getting a room with a bike worked out really well. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to reach the town center.
