This was my second short stay at the B&B while visiting Rome. The location is convenient only for the Vatican, otherwise it’s remote and awkward. When I arrived, I saw staff to pay, but got no receipt. After that, nobody came back, even when there were problems. The room felt cold and damp, and the heating only came on in the evening. Breakfast was self-service and not as fresh as promised, and the coffee machine was broken. Poor value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The little garden is super cute and the location is ideal. The rooms keep outside noise out well, though you can hear noise in the corridor. They’re clean and have a small fridge. The bus stop is 500 meters away.

The street-facing windows were the one drawback. Otherwise, it was a very nice room that was cleaned every day. There were toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer in the bathroom, and breakfast was good. You can get coffee from the machine.

The owner was friendly, though he doesn’t speak French. The bed and breakfast was clean, breakfast was hearty, and the Vatican Museums were very close, about 20 minutes away.
