Bed & Breakfast Le Villette

Parking needs care here: the owner is protective of her unmarked spot and will have your car moved if you use it. Inside, we found lots of ants in our room, and when we mentioned them, we were more or less treated as if we were making it up. The B&B is handy for the highway and not far from Frascati, but the rooms felt mediocre, with reused furniture and little figurines scattered around the mirrors and closets. There’s no private bathroom in any room; two bathrooms are shared in the hall. One has a whirlpool tub, though masking tape makes it clear it can’t be used, and there are cobwebs here and there. Breakfast was weak coffee and one excellent “bauli” croissant per person. The owner made a point of saying it had no preservatives. If you need soy or lactose-free milk, ask ahead, since they buy it specially, though we were also told nobody wants it. I’ve attached some photos.
