I booked just one night and didn’t expect to find somewhere I’d already want to return to. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room and bathroom felt like home. I slept better than I had in weeks while on holiday. The courtyard and building are beautifully styled, and the place has a character of its own. The street and area have their own character too. For what I paid, the room, bathroom, and location went beyond what I expected. The bath was large and open, with everything I needed to relax. It felt peaceful, natural, and restful. The area is lovely and quiet, with easy access to the city, local shops, restaurants, and metro. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Guest Heaven really lives up to its name!

I shared a room with my dad and sister for my graduation and we had a great time. Simone was really nice, and it’s good value for money, especially if you need a room near Via Pola for a graduation. I’d definitely recommend booking a stay, 10/10.

We needed an extra night in Rome during our New Year holiday, so we booked for the same day and messaged about when we’d arrive. We even sent a text, but nobody replied. We got there on time and found no host and no way to check in. We stood outside in the cold with our luggage, calling repeatedly and getting no answer. We contacted Booking.com and spent an hour trying to get help. In the end, we had to find and book somewhere else ourselves. The host still charged us and refused to refund us, even though we weren’t hosted. Don’t stay here.

It’s a cozy place, with clean, comfortable rooms, and Simone, who looked after us, was super kind. It’s not very close to the center, but there’s plenty of transport nearby. There are lots of restaurants around, and gelato too. I recommend it.

Simone was so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home right away. We had a wonderful stay in a room that was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location.
