The staff member greeted us warmly and was polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and adequate, and there was a lovely balcony, though we didn't use it. They clean every day, so let them know ahead of time if you'd rather skip housekeeping. The price-performance ratio is superb, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The center is about a 20-minute walk away. We had trouble finding the place at first. It's inside an apartment building, through the entrance to the left of the restaurant. Take the small elevator near the steps on the right up to the 6th floor, then look for the door on the left. We couldn't find the air conditioner remote. When we asked, we were told the air conditioner wasn't giving off heat and that we had to use the radiator instead. It only works at certain times: 7 PM to 1 AM and 5 AM to 9 AM.
