The worst customer experience I've ever had. The man showing us to the room made us wait nearly an hour, then said the rooms were full. He took us to this hotel and tried to charge nearly double. When we threatened to leave, he kept lowering the price. Thank goodness we did leave. Avoid at all costs.

We booked three single beds through booking.com, but were never given the room we reserved. The option they offered would have meant lads sharing beds, so we chose not to stay, and they charged us anyway. Terrible establishment. Don't book here.

There was no customer support. I emailed and got no answer, and the area around the hotel didn't feel safe or clean. We ended up staying on the street, as you probably will too.

Avoid.
