Laura was really helpful and explained everything at check-in. We could also leave our luggage after checkout because our flight or train was later in the day, which was useful. The room had air conditioning, a big plus in the heat, and the apartment seemed recently refurbished, with modern interiors and up-to-date amenities. The location is great, within walking distance of all the major attractions, and we had an extremely pleasant stay. We didn't get breakfast, though that may be because we were there for just one night. I'd recommend it for either a short or longer stay.

Laura was a wonderful host. I even got to spend a day with her visiting small towns in the hills around the city, and we had great conversations about all sorts of things. Monticello B&B is one of the coziest, nicest places I've stayed. My room was lovely and right down to every detail. The neighborhood is stunning, with the Coliseum and Imperial Fora just steps away. I'd absolutely recommend Monticello B&B. It's a guarantee!

Laura was kind and flexible when our original flight home was cancelled. She let us stay in the apartment for the afternoon while we waited for our replacement flight at 8pm, so we didn't have to take our luggage into town. The woman who welcomed us on arrival was friendly too. We spent 7 nights here in July. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well equipped, with a large comfortable bed and a small fridge in the room. Famous sights were easy to reach on foot, and subway and bus stations were close by. The only small downside was that the air conditioning was a little noisy.

Ms. Laura was so kind and helpful, and the place was very good value for money. The apartment has every comfort, with a spacious, clean room and a bathroom split into two areas, one with a shower and the other with a very convenient toilet. We could use the kitchen too. It's in a truly great spot near the train station, metro, and Colosseum. Highly recommend it.
