10/10
Mr. Kamuran at reception was very helpful, and the service was good. We found the hotel clean and comfortable, with secure parking. The location was good too, close to the city center and a metro station, and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommended.

4/10
Finding the way back from the garage was confusing. I had to try three doors, and the receptionist hadn’t explained how to get back. There were also no towels in the bathroom, and I found underwear in the basket or nightstand, apparently left by a previous guest. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, but the details were handled carelessly: the USB sockets were misaligned and didn’t work, the window paintwork was rough, and the information sheets were hung awkwardly. This BW doesn’t live up to its name.
