With our two toddlers there, finding a gigantic cockroach in the apartment was awful. The place felt unhygienic and unsafe. We also found crumbs and hairs all over the sofa bed, and the apartment was noisy. The photos looked nice, but what we found was a huge disappointment. As soon as you get into the property, if you can find it and the access code works, there's a huge pile of garbage. Bob W says this only happens in the evening, but we saw it during the day too. When we tried to get help online, different Bob W employees kept asking the same questions without taking action. They couldn't fix the situation or offer us another place to stay, so we had to book somewhere else that same evening. Bob W won't reimburse us and says they supported us, which simply isn't true. We've never had such a miserable travel experience.
