Borgognona luxury apartment

I wasn't originally meant to stay here, but the company moved me to this self-service apartment. It was easy to find and check into. Vittoria was pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person. The room was clean and tidy, and the safe and other amenities all worked well. The apartment was cleaned and the bed remade, though there weren't fresh towels. It was very quiet, with hardly any noise, and felt secure. The location was very good. There was a slight sewage or drain smell in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful long weekend at Borgogna Suites. The room was lovely and clean, and Vittoria was so friendly and kind, always ready to help. Being right downtown made it easy to walk to dinner, visit a couple of galleries, and go for drinks. I had a great time and look forward to booking again when I'm back. Grazie mille😊

Management doesn't seem to care about customer feedback. Here's the response I got from a staff member: “Dear sir, first of all I don't know who you are and with what right you give me orders! I remind you that Borgognona Rooms is not a hotel but a guest house. I sent dozens and dozens of messages to find out the arrival time but her friends didn't bother to read or even reply to my messages!!! Next time when you book please read the conditions carefully!!!!” Actually, I called to tell them to go there and open the door. Then I sent a friendly reminder by message.

This isn't a hotel. There's a bad sewage smell in the bathroom, and it's in an office building in the city center. It's great if you're into shopping, but not really close to museums if you want to walk everywhere.
