We were lucky enough to get a room with its own terrace. The renovation is a little dated, but everything was clean and tidy. Staff were very polite and attentive, and the room was cleaned and aired with towels changed every day during our three-night stay. The hotel is in a top spot near the metro.

The coffee in the lobby was a nice convenience, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy exploring. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, but I had no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and they changed our room when we asked without hesitation. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and clean. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd be happy to come back.

The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and the metro can get you to all the venues. Staff were there to serve breakfast in the morning and make the bed while we were out. Our room was smaller than I expected, though very clean. In October the air conditioning was switched off, so we opened the windows for fresh air and got street noise too. They offered us a fan, which moved the air around but didn't block out the cars.

The front desk service made a real difference. The gentleman working there speaks terrific English, is super friendly, and goes out of his way to get you what you need. Unless you know Rome really well already, that kind of help is valuable. His advice on where to find the food you want, clear directions, and things to watch out for was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for eight days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every single day. The food really needs improvement. The building is a bit dated, but manageable, and the rooms are spacious. Service was good, and the friendly staff helped make up for the other drawbacks.
