The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with lots of kitchen gadgets. We appreciated having coffee, tea, and olive oils on hand, and the terrace was gorgeous. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t get a “river view”; the view is still nice. There’s a supermarket, restaurant, and pizzeria nearby. Check-in and check-out were contactless, but we still felt the host’s care. The instructions were clear and detailed. One thing that would help, especially in wet winter weather, is letting residents adjust the bathroom heater. A small shelf in the shower would be useful too.

The large terrace on the ninth floor looks out over the EUR district, and the penthouse is beautiful, well furnished, and equipped. It’s in a recently built building, with staffed check-in. Too beautiful. We’ll be back.

We stayed in their apartment, which was spacious, tidy, and equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine. It also had air conditioning. Public transport gets you to your destination for relatively little money, even with the usual Rome traffic. A seven-day bus, metro, and tram pass costs €24, though the tram isn’t currently running because all the routes are being renovated. The staff at Boutique were more than helpful, and the rental price was more than reasonable.

The boutique has beautiful decor and lovely surroundings, and everything was very clean and organized. The view is incredible, the kind you fall in love with, just like I did.
