We had to wait outside for an hour with our three children because check-in was an hour late, and nobody even apologized. There wasn’t any basic soap in the house, no hangers or place to hang our things, and the shower was in unsatisfactory condition.

There’s a view of the Forum from the roof terrace at this small hotel.
