So dirty, and such a waste of money. This is not a 4 Star Hotel, and I would not recommend it. The toilet was disgusting and the shower was covered in stains. There was broken furniture, discolored lights, a minibar that didn't work, and the toilet cover was just 🤮🤢. I can't imagine a hotel like this in Rome. Don't trust what they show on their website, it feels like a total scam.

We were on a tour and had no choice about staying here, and sadly have to come back at the end of the tour. It wouldn't be on my bucket list. The room was terribly outdated, the bathroom was yuck, and the beds were beyond uncomfortable. There are no coffee making facilities, despite this being called a four star hotel. We came from a 4 1/2 star place and there's absolutely no comparison. Breakfast wasn't great either, very greasy with very little choice. I don't think there's anything good to say about this hotel.

Restaurant staff were rude and disrespectful, and I couldn't even get a proper acknowledgment from them. Getting room service seems impossible too, since the phones weren't working. I left hungry without receiving any service. This is the worst service I've experienced in the hotel industry, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I were overreacting, but it's really not worth booking somewhere you can't even be acknowledged as a person.

We had a spacious room and bathroom, and the room was cleaned every day. The AC was switched on whenever we came back from the city, which meant a lot in the August heat. Parking in front is free, secure, spacious and comfortable, though uncovered. We never had trouble finding a spot, even after midnight. Breakfast could use more variety. The nearest metro might feel a bit far at a 10-15 minute walk, but there are good connections to the city center by metro and bus.
