Fúlvio made us feel at home and was always there whenever we needed him. The accommodation was modern and very clean. Basilica S. Paolo metro station is under a 10-minute walk away, and from there Colosseo is five minutes by metro and Termini is eight. We had an excellent stay!

We felt right at home in the apartment and had dinner there every day. The owner, fluvio, filled us in on everything we needed to know about Rome. Lovely place, highly recommend it.

Fulvio was a wonderful host, and the hospitality was top-notch. The price felt fair, especially with the substantial discount he gave us on the booking fee. It's a lovely apartment with four rooms in an unassuming area, but the splendid Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls is under a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is well connected, with several nearby places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
