This was the worst part of our trip, and I'd suggest booking somewhere else. The place wasn't as shown in the photos, and fixtures were broken or in bad shape. There were homeless people sleeping downstairs, and the cleanliness was questionable.

We were really unhappy with both the accommodation and the host's communication. The photos gave a misleading impression of the apartment. I didn't feel comfortable there, and wouldn't want anyone else to have to stay in it.

We found the staff very polite and ready to answer our questions. The apartment had everything we needed, including a kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. It's just steps from Campo de Fiori and the bus stops. Highly recommended.
