I had no hot water during my stay, and there was a dangerous leak in the shower above the electrical appliances and power outlets. After checking out early, I tried desperately to reach someone. The owners were supposed to contact me about refund or compensation options, but they ignored all my later calls and emails. Be very cautious about booking here.

Our flight was delayed by bad weather, so we never got to stay here. We tried to sort out the situation with reception and ask to change our reservation date, but two different people gave us completely different answers. Communication was very difficult because their English was very poor, and the way they handled it felt absolutely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't pay in advance again. The manager should keep an eye on the employees, check their work, and make sure they stay polite with customers even when they have to refuse a request. We'll still fly to Rome, but we won't book this hotel again.

The shower was broken, the water pressure was weak, and the bathroom was dirty, with mould on the curtains. The room was small and the sheets were dirty. There was no space for breakfast, so you have to eat on the bed.
