There’s no view from our room, but we didn’t mind with a comfortable bed, a large, clean bathroom, and a quick breakfast before heading out. Vatican City is a short walk away👍 In the evening, we caught a bus near the room to the Colosseum, then walked back to enjoy the sights and plenty of gelato 😱 Rome’s location here is hard to beat.

I came here to work remotely and checked beforehand that reception was good and there wouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately, that wasn’t how it turned out. The location is convenient for visiting the center, but the WiFi and cellular reception didn’t work properly, which left me limited. For me, that outweighed all the apartment’s other positives.

Our flight was cancelled the day before we were due to arrive because of Italian airspace strikes. We explained what happened and asked for a refund, but the owners said no, citing their policy and saying it was impossible. We even offered to rebook for another time. They kept our money. The hosts’ behavior felt unfair and greedy.

The room was clean, the location right by the river is amazing, and breakfast was good. Service has been outstanding. The Wi-Fi could use some work in our room, though it works well in the common area. Still a beautiful hotel.

A lovely, peaceful place, though the furniture and fittings feel a bit worn. When our group changed from four people to two, they still charged us for four, which didn’t feel very accommodating.
