After waiting two hours at the airport for the accommodation's booked driver, our stay was canceled altogether, supposedly because of water damage. While we waited, they wouldn't give us the driver's number and offered a new excuse every half hour. They said they were sorry and promised to cover the difference in price for replacement lodging. Finding anything equivalent in the same area and at a similar price that afternoon for that same night was extremely difficult. Casa Magiuli took over a week to return our prepayment, and they still haven't paid the price difference for the emergency accommodation we had to book at the last minute. Customer service was nonexistent, with no compassion and no follow-through. Unacceptable.

We'd booked four months ahead, but on arrival day they kept us waiting two hours at the airport for the driver. Then they finally admitted there was water damage and the accommodation wasn't available. We had to scramble to find somewhere else ourselves. Completely unacceptable, especially for a hen party. I absolutely don't recommend the place or the people renting it out. Ugh, typical Italians!
