I’d avoid booking this apartment. I paid the confirmed price through Booking.com, but soon got an email saying they’d checked the price and it had gone up by more than €200, so they would cancel my reservation. They’d already taken the payment, then cancelled without a valid reason. That felt completely misleading and unacceptable, with no respect for customers or basic integrity. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

Getting to public transport took about a 5-10 minute walk. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. Great place.

We’d happily return. The apartment had everything we could need and was superbly equipped. Its location worked perfectly for us, and when we had questions, even late in the evening, we got prompt, courteous answers. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

There isn’t a metro stop nearby, though the tram makes it easy to reach the city center. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essentials, and the gentleman who welcomed us was friendly and helpful.

Casa Malupa really does feel like home. It’s a charming mix of style and practicality, carefully maintained, fresh, and bright, with everything you need and then some. The Portaportese market below our balcony brought back timeless memories, even for the oldest visitors. Waking up to all those different faces, cultures, and voices was priceless. And who doesn’t know Claudio Baglioni? My stay in the enchanting Eternal City is one I’d love to relive. Thank you, Maria. Your warm smile and simple, welcoming manner make a lovely connection for anyone staying in your splendid home.
