On both of my last two bookings, he canceled after I’d already arranged my trip and vacation because he wanted to rent the apartment to other people for a longer stay. I’ve traveled around the world for more than thirty years and never had anything like this happen. It feels absurd and disreputable. The owner seems more interested in private negotiations than in travelers using hotel booking systems. Being made to change plans at the last minute was disrespectful and unprofessional, with all the resulting organizational problems, especially the financial ones.

The owner is very kind and makes sure there’s everything needed for breakfast. This lovely little apartment has all the comforts, in a quiet condominium near Magliana station. It’s an ideal base for a Roman holiday away from the city’s chaos. I’d highly recommend it and plan to return with my family.

A peaceful oasis despite being well placed for reaching the main sights. The property is welcoming and has all the comforts, and the owner is very kind and helpful.

We were delighted to come back for a short weekend and felt right at home. The property was excellent, and the owner was available whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely return. Thank you!
