The room had almost nothing in it, just a chair and a bed. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked whenever I moved. The place smelled stale and unpleasant as soon as we opened the door, and the room smelled the same. The price was far too high compared with other places and hotels. I left the very next day and found a three-star hotel for less, and it was much better. This was a complete disaster, especially since it was my first trip to Rome. It ruined the trip and my memories of the city. Please don't make the same mistake I did. If I could give this place zero, I would.

The tram stop is just around the corner, with a restaurant, cafe, and pizzeria close by. It takes roughly 45 minutes by tram to reach the center. We were happy with it. Our room was small, and we shared the kitchen and toilet, but for a cheaper place the accommodation was perfectly adequate for the price. People around us were friendly.

It's not close to the center. There’s a Lidl about 1,000 meters away, though, and local shops selling fruit at lower prices. The room was clean, but the kitchen had very few utensils.

Most of the monument is free to visit. It commemorates Italy's unification, and I highly recommend it.

I had a good two-night stay in a double room with its own bathroom. It was clean and simply furnished, but had what I needed. I couldn't find any tea or coffee in the kitchen, though there may not have been any, and the location felt a little awkward without a nearby metro stop directly linked to the city center. The Metro C line opening at San Giovanni should sort that out soon. I'd recommend staying here.
