The location was good and the staff were nice, but I wouldn't return. The room was worn, had vermin, and the air conditioning didn't work well. The building was being renovated, so loud construction woke us up, and getting in and out meant walking through the work area, which felt unsafe. We also had loud neighbors and a shower covered in limescale.

It felt very safe, and nobody disturbed us. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with a small safe and brilliant air conditioning that was lovely after a hot day out. It's a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes to the busy area. The view wasn't much, but the price wasn't that of a five-star place either.

After we selected the room for our party, including the number of adults and children, and made a non-refundable booking, they told us they couldn't accommodate the children. They then refused to refund us because the reservation had already been made. More than a year later, we still haven't got our money back. Fraudsters.

The room was clean, with a useful fridge and plenty of space to put things. The hotel is in a safe, secure area, and we walked to all the historic sights since they weren't far away. The staff listened and focused on finding solutions. Thanks for everything, I'd definitely recommend this hotel 🙏🏼

The room was very small, and the budget hotel is some distance from both the city centre and the airport. The manager was friendly and quick to respond, though, and the room was cleaned with fresh towels provided every day.
