George was always there if we needed anything, and was friendly and kind. He also recommended places to visit in Rome. Alessandro was just as welcoming, supportive, and helpful. The location was good, and the place was clean, with a perfect shared kitchen stocked with coffee, drinks, and snacks. We'll stay here again when we revisit beautiful Rome.

The place seems past its best. I'm not sure what "breakfast included" usually means in Europe, since I'm used to a North American breakfast. Here, there's coffee, fruit, and snacks available whenever you want, but it's the same breakfast each time.

No stress, everything was just fine, and we'd definitely come back. The place felt cozy and just right, with good coffee and fruit bowls. The staff were really nice, and there was a thoughtful feel for the architecture.

I wasn't keen on the bathroom because the shower isn't separate. They also charge for towel changes, which has never happened to me before.
