The room was spacious and really clean, but getting there with luggage was a pain. Cars can't easily reach the accommodation, so drivers meet you on the Main Street and you have to roll your bags along the street. There are also a lot of stairs. Keep both things in mind before booking.

We slept comfortably through a heat wave thanks to the air conditioning, and the bed was a welcome change after the hard mattresses we'd had elsewhere in Italy. The modern shower was roomy too. Daily, they replenished the Nespresso pods and mopped the floors, and self check-in was simple. The room quality was better than we expected after some disappointing stays elsewhere on this trip. The location worked really well, between Vatican City and central Rome, with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance of both the sights and the accommodation. We'd gladly stay here again. The mix of location, comfortable rooms and thoughtful service set a high bar.

Airport arrival was so easy: our chauffeur was waiting as soon as we came out of baggage claim. They arranged the transport for us and the service was 10/10. We had a lovely time in Rome, with great communication from the staff throughout. The room had everything we needed, and the location was handy for landmarks, restaurants and shopping stalls. Highly recommend booking here!

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the rooms were nice and kept clean. It stayed quiet at night, even though there are plenty of local places to eat and drink. Lots of tourist spots are close enough to walk to.

Jennifer arranged transport from the cruise port to the hotel, then to the airport on our last day, and did a great job. We loved being close to so many attractions, and the room was very nice. The lift wasn't to our liking, and carrying several bags up three flights of stairs was a hassle, though we know that isn't their fault. The air conditioner could have worked a bit better.
