The shower was the best one we had on our trip, and the place was very clean. It’s close to the metro, so getting around was easy. I had a great stay and would book again.

We found a peaceful spot away from the tourist crowds, with a beautiful view of one of Rome’s most significant basilicas. The Colosseum is only a 10-minute walk away. There’s an old-fashioned elevator in the building. It’s a little slow and quirky, but it works and gives the place some character. Franco, the host, was always available on WhatsApp and very helpful, often going beyond what you’d expect from hotel service. There’s no traditional front desk, but communication was seamless. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well equipped. The shared kitchen had plenty of snacks, coffee, and drinks, and even the small TV added to the comfort. We didn’t miss anything during our stay. Highly recommended if you want a calm Roman stay with a personal touch.

The room matched its description and was a good size for a couple. We felt secure in both the room and the house, and getting in was easy. The management was impressive about staying in touch. They responded promptly when we needed something, even after hours. I’d read reviews mentioning noise from neighbours, but that wasn’t our experience. We weren’t disturbed by anything specific, though we could hear doors opening, which is normal. The AC worked very well. Its remote sometimes took a couple of tries to respond, which was a small inconvenience but didn’t cause us any trouble. Great location and a great stay for a couple exploring Rome.

We went in the second week of December, which was a perfect time to visit Rome since it wasn’t too crowded. The B&B is right in the centre, with the Colosseum easy to reach on foot and the metro nearby. There are lots of nice restaurants around it. The place was clean and tastefully decorated, and the owner was really kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and want to come back as soon as possible to enjoy the city again. Thank you so much!
