They were so thoughtful and helpful. The service was amazing.

I left pretty disappointed and don’t think I’ll come back. The rooms are in a condominium, and the place felt practically isolated. The phone at Hotel del Corso didn’t work at first, and the line kept cutting in and out. There was no internet access at all. They gave us tea and chamomile tea bags without a kettle, plus two coffee capsules but no coffee stains. The shower only had cold water.

We paid upfront and were then escorted to a place that only had rooms. The reception was 100 meters inside Hotel del Corso, and the poor management became clear once we arrived. Our room was dirty and smelled musty, with dust everywhere and black marks near the walls. Although we were promised a view of Via del Corso, all we saw was a wall. When we complained, they neither offered another place to stay nor refunded us. They also charged a tourist tax incorrectly, after never telling us on the phone that it wasn’t included in the agreed price. The rooms may be central, but the management is terrible. I’d avoid both B&B Class House and Hotel del Corso.
