Claudia House Roma Termini

It’s good value, with a very large room that has everything you need. The apartment is clean, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond. Two toilets, a shower, and a bathtub are shared among three bedrooms. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. You can get to public transport and the train station easily. The neighborhood isn’t especially pleasant, but you likely won’t spend much time there.

Dust covered the furniture and light fixtures, and the shared bathroom, used by three rooms, was only cleaned in the morning. Later in the day there was hair everywhere, in the tub and elsewhere, so walking barefoot was out of the question. There was also garbage by the entrance to the smelly building. A woman greeted me, but she didn’t speak Italian.

The Colosseum and main train station are both easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was good and the bathroom clean. Finding the place was tricky at first; once I did, I found a standard clean room on the third floor, in a rather unattractive area.

It was clean, but for the price I expected more. We were two adults and a child, yet there were only two bath towels, with no hand towels or towel for the child. The room had a small bathroom and breakfast.
