AVOID THIS PLACE. It seemed abandoned. We booked weeks ahead, then arrived after trying to reach them by phone and through Booking.com messages. Nobody answered, and Booking.com wasn’t much help either. We were stranded in Rome on arrival day, scrambling to find somewhere else to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived, there was no information about how to get into the room. My family and I had to book a different hotel, which cost us more money.

We paid for the reservation in advance, but the host wouldn’t let us in because we arrived about an hour later than expected, around 7 PM instead of 5-6 PM. We were traveling by motorcycle in a foreign country and didn’t have steady internet, so we couldn’t send a WhatsApp message. When we finally reached the host, they shouted at us for several minutes and wouldn’t let us explain. They made it clear we weren’t welcome, leaving us tired and outside at night in Rome with nowhere to stay. The host provided no service but kept our €100. He didn’t accept us because we arrived an hour late and took all the money. That’s unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly disrespectful. We don’t recommend this place to anyone, and hope Booking.com takes action. We tried hard to get support from Booking, but they did nothing. They even hung up on me. I won’t use Booking again. Shame on you, Booking.
