The apartment was outstanding: comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, and in a perfect spot. The building entrance is right at the metro stop, and there's a secure private entrance with a friendly, outgoing doorman. The neighborhood has great restaurants, a park, nice shops, and fresh food markets. I can't think of a single negative. Lucio made our stay in Rome feel special from the moment we arrived. He showed us around, welcomed us with delicious sweets and a nice bottle of wine, and spent time talking with us. He checked in on WhatsApp several times, always helpfully and never intrusively. Even before the trip, he was quick to answer my emails about things to do and places to visit, always enthusiastic and with a great sense of humor. He helped me with my Italian, too, though his English is absolutely awesome. A perfect host, really. When we return to Rome, we'll stay at Colli Albani again without hesitation. Thanks again, Lucio, for the wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Lucio was a warm, friendly, and helpful gentleman. He arranged a car and driver for both airport journeys, and everything went very smoothly. The flat was lovely and super clean, with a wonderful terrace. Getting around was easy with the convenient metro and buses.

Colli Albani metro station on the A line is right outside Lucio's apartment, making the location very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the amenities. I know it well because I lived there for years. The city center is just a 10-minute ride on the A line, and Caffarella Park and Parco degli Acquedotti are nearby too. They're lesser-known but very beautiful, and the area lets you experience Rome beyond the tourist traps. The apartment is welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. Its rooftop terrace is stunning, with a lovely view of the neighborhood. Lucio was very friendly and made me feel welcome at check-in and check-out. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Rome.

We returned for a second stay from January 15th to 22nd. The owner was extremely courteous and helpful, and the apartment was pleasant, bright, well-furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. It also has a large terrace. There are all kinds of shops nearby, and subway line A is right outside the front door. We'll definitely come back a third time.

The terrace is the apartment's best feature, with a wonderful view of Rome and lots of flowers, including jasmine. It's also just a stone's throw from Colli Albani metro station on line A, and the apartment itself is cozy and very clean. Everything is new since it's just been renovated. Lucio, the owner, is friendly and sociable, with a great sense of humor. He's always ready to help or offer advice. We'd love to return!
