The staff were welcoming and offered recommendations, and getting around was convenient. It's a little outside the center, but a 20-30 minute walk worked well. I had worried because of earlier reviews, but the room turned out to be a good size and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and stayed hot unless you let it run out, which seems pretty normal. I had a really good stay.

I was surprised by the bad reviews. The management was helpful, and the room was spacious with everything we needed, even toothbrushes in the bathroom. It was cleaned daily, and the water got warm after a minute or two. The location is handy, around 20/25 minutes from every important place. There's an ice cream shop right in front of the building, highly recommend it!

I booked through Booking.com and was extremely disappointed. The person on the booking had a serious, unexpected medical emergency, was admitted to hospital, and remains under medical care. We provided official documentation from the doctor and cancelled the reservation in advance, but the host refused to refund the two-week stay, which cost over $4,000 AUD. That response felt deeply unprofessional and unethical, with no compassion or flexibility in genuine circumstances. The hotel's policies seem rigid and unsympathetic, and its customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I also question the accommodation's quality, based on many reviews I wish I'd taken more seriously. Think twice before booking. You could end up out of pocket and without support when you need it most.

This apartment has several rooms and everything needed for a stay. Booking was easy, and the self check-in made arriving late, outside opening hours, convenient. Communication on WhatsApp was friendly and smooth. The building felt secure and had an elevator. Our room had a spa, smart TV, and a fridge with four included beverages. The bathroom needs improvement. Water pressure in the shower was very low, like on my backpacking holiday in the mountains of Vietnam. I can imagine being bigger and getting frustrated trying to wash with so little water. It does mean we used less water, I admit, but in Rome, the capital, that was quite surprising.
