The staff made the biggest impression. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. That alone made the stay feel like a steal and made our time in Rome much easier and more enjoyable. The location is excellent, three minutes from the Pantheon, with food and drinks just seconds away and all the main sights within walking distance. The room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, great shower and AC, a minibar, and a TV with smart apps. Breakfast was included, with savory options for us Americans as well as plenty of pastries and great coffee. The only thing missing was a bar, though I believe one is coming soon.
The staff were lovely and helpful, and the area has good restaurants and a cocktail bar just around the corner. The hotel is close to the main sights, yet quiet enough to be a refuge when you need one. We arrived to find a bottle of Prosecco in the room and an upgrade to the suite. It was beautiful, with a comfortable bed, lounge area, and big bathroom. Breakfast was good, and they offered us a takeaway breakfast on our last morning because we had an early departure. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Rome.
The hotel still needs a few finishing touches: a shower curtain to stop water splashing out of the tub, some minor grouting fixes, and breakfast served in the restaurant. Even so, the management was lovely, arranging the room each day and welcoming us with a bottle of Prosecco. We stayed for two nights, and the room was spacious and comfortable for two people with lots of luggage. The location is fantastic, and the staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. We’d happily return and wish the team all the best.
I’ve booked Dimora Coppelle twice in the last few months, and it’s become my Rome go-to. It’s extremely central, just steps from the Pantheon and a short walk from the colloseum/ trevi. The rooms are spacious, with amazing, modern decor. The staff are incredible, helpful, and quick to respond. They also offer quirky, fun tours and local experiences that you can join for free as part of your stay. I absolutely love it here.
The staff did good service when they moved me from room 102 to a better one, after that room sounded like sleeping beside a motorway. The stay was nice overall and the location was good, but there was a general sewage smell in the rooms. Arranging a taxi to the airport was another problem. The price turned out to be the same “fixed price” the hotel promises, and it was disappointing when they said they couldn’t help, since they were the ones arranging it.
