My parents were happier with this hotel than with Rome itself, and they were visiting for the first time. They don’t speak English or Italian, but the staff treated them very nicely. They said the breakfast was delicious, and the woman working there was kind and even gave them a bottle of water when they left. I really appreciate how you looked after my two elderly parents.

The place was so dirty and smelly that after arriving and looking around, we knew we couldn’t stay. We had booked four nights through Booking.com, but the man at reception was extremely rude and behaved as if he owned the place outright. I’d strongly advise people not to consider staying here. Everything about it was thoroughly unsatisfactory, and the customer service was zero. Worst experience ever.

I had an early start, and the staff kindly put together a care package for me to take along. They were very accommodating. The room had modern touches, plenty of outlets and USB points, plus a hair dryer and toiletries. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.

Even though our room was on the ground floor, we slept really well and heard no noise at night. The room was a good size, with a fridge, safe, free bottles of water, a hair dryer, and good quality towels. The staff were professional and helpful, and after the first day they even remembered how we took our coffee. Breakfast was quite good, with enough for a vegetarian like me and a nice range of cakes. We chose Crosti Hotel based on its good reviews, and after a couple of nights we agree with them completely. Our flight wasn’t until late in the evening, so they let us leave our suitcases in a safe area after the 11 am checkout. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Highly recommendable.
