The location was excellent, but the room let us down. There were no bedside lamps. The beds were dusty, with plastic bags and dust underneath them. I also found hair and plastic behind the bathroom door and in the shower. The sink counter was damaged. Such a shame.

My daughter booked 4 nights, but after using the sink on the first night it clogged, and water leaked from the toilet, shower, and sink. The owner said he'd fix it if she paid €100. She explained she'd only used the toilet once and it was already clogged. After dozens of messages, she had to find another hotel at midnight. She asked for a refund, but this awful person refused. Booking.com also refused to take responsibility, despite other reviews mentioning "alleged extortion and fraud." Don't even think of staying there!

A nightmare from the start. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was so small it was unusable. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and checking in was difficult with no reception desk. We chose the property mainly because it offered parking, but when I arrived there was none. I called the listed number for help and nobody answered.

The room was cozy, with a spacious, modern bathroom, and getting in with digital keys after online check-in was very convenient. The place is good value for the money. It's in a quiet spot but still easy to reach the city center.
