The rooftop breakfast was very good, with a range of food for different tastes and decent American coffee. The hotel is also well placed, near the Metro by the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of everywhere. The rooms are elegant and beautiful, with all the amenities, even slippers. Mario, Teresa, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Getting to know Mario was a highlight of our time in Rome. I’d recommend the hotel and stay here again.

We’ve come back to Daniel's Hotel for a second stay and loved every minute again. Mario at the front desk was especially helpful, and the staff were great. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, with all the amenities. The sixth-floor breakfast was lovely, with a view over Rome’s rooftops. It’s also a great spot near the Spanish Steps. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay. The rooms have lovely Italian style and finesse, and the service, rooftop breakfast, and location were all excellent.

After traveling 16 hours from the USA, I arrived to find the hotel shut, a big lock on the front door, and nobody answering the phone. I had a confirmation and was never told about any closure. Unbelievable!

The rooms are small, and the air conditioning is minimal. There’s no air conditioning in the hallways, and climbing five flights of stairs was extremely unpleasant. They promised to refund our money but never sent it. We checked out after the first night.
