10/10
The staff were outstanding, professional, warm and attentive throughout, easily some of the best we've experienced. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and having a gym was a welcome extra. Getting around was easy, with the metro a short walk away. There's no dedicated hotel parking, but we found a spot nearby more easily than expected. Our recently renovated room was spacious and well equipped, with a bathroom to match. We occasionally heard the TV next door, so the soundproofing could be a little better, though it didn't affect our stay. The classic decor, woodwork and traditional reception details gave the hotel plenty of charm. We'll absolutely be back.

I'd recommend it for the friendly staff and fresh, generous breakfast. They brought clean towels and the vanity set, toothpaste and toothbrush each day. The one annoyance was the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom, which was either empty or not working, so I had to use the one by the sink. I told reception, but they didn't check or refill it.

The rooms are small, but thoughtfully equipped. The bed was good and the showers especially stood out. Service was good, even with us staying as part of a tour group. It's just minutes from the metro and several restaurants.

6/10
The airport transfer arranged by the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. We used the third-party service and really liked it. The location suits business travelers, though less so tourists, and there aren't good restaurants nearby. Our room was tiny, with no closet or tissues, although they did provide two bottles of water daily. The air conditioning was loud and weak, never getting below 21.5 C. To me, this felt like a three-star hotel presenting itself as four-star.

2/10
The rooms are small, the restaurant is so-so, and there was no air conditioning at 200 Euro per night. The location is fine. I'm no fan of Hilton, but the Hilton across the street is nice, and you'd be much better off there.
