It's an easy walk from Termini Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. Getting to sights, shops, and restaurants was easy too.

The room was large, with heating, a good bathroom, and decent furniture. There was an electricity outage across the hotel on our first night, and it lasted until at least morning. I stayed in room 5, where an almost constant, annoying noise came from the building courtyard. The room and reception area were both a bit dirty, the duvet was small, and the room needed repairs from wear and tear.
