Demetra Hotel

It’s a lovely, quiet hotel and worked well for a short break. The rooms were very clean, and the reception staff were lovely. You can pay for breakfast on the day if you didn’t book it ahead, which is handy. Transport links are excellent, with the main station a brisk five-minute walk away. There are no city views, and finding the hotel the first time was a little confusing because it shares a building with another hotel with a similar name. Go up a few steps, take the lift to the first floor, and you’ll find reception there.

We had a lovely five-day stay, breakfast included. The service was kind and attentive. Termini station is only about five minutes away on foot, and many of the main sights are also within walking distance. :)

The room was clean and functional, with a spacious bathroom, though the shower spilled over the top when we turned it up fully. It wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme. Some rooms face an inner courtyard full of bins and pipes, so the view isn't great, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is well located, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. There’s a safe and wifi included. Breakfast had plenty of options, even though it wasn't really to our taste. I’d have no problem staying here again if I came back to Rome.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from every morning. The hotel is close to all the sights and amenities. A fantastic place to stay.
