The location was a real plus, and the room was decent for the price. We also had AC. But this is an apartment split into separate rooms with shared space, not a hotel with a reception. The person checking us in said breakfast wasn’t provided, even though the booking information said it was. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, the rubbish was left, and we weren’t given more toilet paper when ours ran out. There’s only one key, so we had to coordinate carefully to avoid anyone being locked out.

Such a cozy, romantic place. I especially loved the little patio, the Italian window that opens all the way, and that huge, heavy blanket. We arrived at night and ran into a few problems, but the host was really kind and sorted things out.

The street was quiet, and the location was perfect, about five minutes from the Colosseum with parks nearby. Staff were awesome. They fixed our check-in problem very quickly, even though it was nighttime. Giuliana and host, grazie mille! I’ll definitely stay again.

We had a great few days at DomusAmor, thanks to the location and the setup. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had what we needed. There was also free WiFi, a small safe, and even a computer with internet and a printer. Afif met us with the keys, explained everything, and suggested the main sights, nearby restaurants, and places for gelato. It’s close to the Colosseo. There’s no 24-hour reception, which I actually liked.

The stay was comfortable and affordable, and the location was good. Unfortunately, other guests took our food from the fridge.
