What bothered us most was how the host responded. When I mentioned the dirty room and the luggage fee that hadn't been disclosed, I was called impolite. After that, people can decide for themselves who was rude. The location is the one good thing. The apartment was unclean when we arrived, even though we paid for cleaning, and nobody had told us beforehand that part of the payment had to be in cash. There was also a mix-up with our dates and we were asked to leave on day two, though that was later sorted out. Hot water kept running out after a short shower in both rooms. We had also been told we could leave our bags after checkout, but then found out there'd be an extra charge. If we'd known, we might have booked somewhere else. This was the worst Airbnb we've ever booked, and we wouldn't recommend it.

It works well for a quick stop, especially if being near termini is your priority. The shower felt pretty small to me, so don't expect much, but the place was nice enough overall.

Aura was kind, respectful, quick to reply, and ready to help whenever I had a question. The place is right across from Roma Termini, the main hub for reaching attractions and other cities, and she also provides vouchers for a croissant and Cappuccino each morning of your stay. It's the best affordable place I've stayed in. Very satisfied for the price, and I'd book again.

I come to Rome often, for both short and longer stays, and this place suits everything I'm looking for. It's safe, really clean, comfortable, and doesn't cost a fortune. Tucked just across the street from Termini, it's a hidden gem. Mrs. Aura gave us the warmest welcome, and the room had all the amenities.

Aura kept in touch and was very helpful from my arrival through checkout. Even checking in late was easy: I used the online self-help option and followed the instructions she shared to get into the room. The spot feels lively and safe, with Termini about a two-minute walk away. From there, Rome's historical sights are easy to reach on foot or by transport. The room and location were both lovely and clean, and I was glad the bathroom had a toilet bidet, which I really need. I'll definitely stay here again.
