I’ve been to Rome many times, and Domus Luxury Suite was easily my best stay there. The staff were attentive, professional, and so kind, and the place was spotless and well looked after, which made it really comfortable. The location also made it easy to get around the city. I’d recommend it for a holiday or a work trip.
We’d prepaid for the room, but when we arrived at 17:10 (5:10pm), the entrance was locked and all the inside lights were off. There was a number by the door, but the call went to voicemail. Our cab driver couldn’t find the place at first either. Once we did, what looked like the entrance was just a small door in an alley. I have a picture. From the outside, I’m guessing it’s nowhere near “luxury,” if it’s even a real hotel. We’ll get refunded. We found a very nice place just down the hill.
Our ground-floor room had no Wi-Fi or phone signal, but it was lovely and cleaned every day. The room and bathroom were both nice, there was plenty of heat and hot water, and the location was great for the main Rome attractions.
Loved my stay. The place was modern and close to the center of Rome, simply amazing. Thank you!
The price may look good, but this was the worst place to stay in Rome. It’s not worth it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
