Domus Napoleone

We really liked the neighborhood, especially the restaurants, nearby Metro and bus connections, and the big park close by. Stefan made arrival easy, talked us through everything, and helped us get oriented around Rome. He was reachable by phone or text whenever we needed him. We’d recommend Domus Napoleone.

Stefano was easily the best part of our stay. He answered questions on WhatsApp, arranged airport rides for us (they cost more, but the convenience felt worth it), and even brought important travel papers to our room after my mom forgot to print them. We were both so grateful for his kindness. The room had a little kitchenette and mini fridge, so we picked up food at a small market and didn’t need to eat out every time. The location worked well for walking to the main sights and getting to the metro. There are three doors to unlock, as other guests mentioned, but they were easy to open and the directions never confused me.

The beds felt much too hard at first, so I asked about it. They swapped them for something a lot more comfortable, and the proprietor was glad to help. If something isn’t working for you during your stay, just ask.

Termini’s train and bus station is nearby, and if you’re happy walking, many of the interesting places are reachable on foot. The location is very central for sightseeing. Stefano also made check-in and check-out painless and offered restaurant suggestions. I’d happily come back.
