After staying in hostels across more than 12 countries, this has become my favorite. The hosts are wonderful and really make you feel at home.

The hosts are what made this hostel such a great experience. They were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a good stay. The free breakfast was great, and they often cooked a pasta dinner for the travelers too. The essentials were all there: clean rooms and bathrooms, laundry for 6€, good WiFi and lots of outlets. I had a wonderful time exploring the city and meeting other travelers. I'd stay again in a heartbeat, and I've already recommended it to friends who are travelling!

It's easy to see how much care the owners put into running this hostel. They're so friendly and go out of their way to help guests. The place was always clean and well run, though the bathrooms are very small. It's especially social, probably because it's small and you end up meeting everyone. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are great, and dinner is often homemade and delicious. It's not right by the central sights, but it's close to the red line and fairly easy to walk around from there.

The owners knew the area well and pointed out less crowded places to visit, along with deals on ticket prices. We had family dinner together at the hostel almost every night, and it was fun to occasionally go exploring at the local bakery. Most guests seemed to be college students, and people could hang out together or explore Roma on their own. I stayed for three nights in mid-June 2015 and had a great time. The owners were lovely, the amenities and service were good throughout, and I had no issues with the house. I'd absolutely stay again.

Fabio and Dominico were wonderful hosts, and the hostel's close quarters meant everyone got to know each other. I made more friends here than at several other hostels combined. Breakfast is included each morning, and most nights there's homemade pasta or sometimes pizza. The place was really clean, with spacious bathrooms and a bed I could actually fit in. It's a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum and a metro station, so it's easy to get around the city. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
