There’s a shared kitchenette and dining area, and the metro and some great restaurants are close by. The place is clean, in a nice residential area, and set up well, though it isn’t fancy. The staff are very nice and helpful. I texted questions during my stay and got excellent support.

This was our first B&B after landing in Roma, and the landlord was very nice. He took one of the maps set out for guests and showed us places nearby. There were four rooms in the B&B, and our room had its own bathroom. It was well appointed, with pastries, coffee, tea, and fruit, and we were given a free breakfast card for espresso and a croissant at a local cafe.

Alberto made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He shared restaurant tips that worked out really well, and was easy to reach on WhatsApp whenever we had a question. The breakfast setup is handy: the daily card gets each guest a hot drink and a croissant at a cafe about five minutes away. The B&B is also close to the Metro and around a ten-minute walk from the Vatican museums. There’s a tigre supermarket nearby too, about five minutes away, and a small shared kitchen with a shelf in the fridge for each flat. Cake, snacks and drinks were put out for guests every day. Our room had its own bathroom and a little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The street outside is busy, but with the windows and doors shut we barely heard it. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable at night. It was a great base for our short Rome trip, and we’d happily stay here again. Thanks, Alberto!

We left because the bathrooms had a terrible smell from severe mold. The owner then marked us as a no-show, so I can't post an opinion on booking.com.
