The staff were friendly, and the location worked really well. We didn’t find the tram noisy, though that could depend on how much it bothers you. Our room was decent with no issues, and the bathroom was clean and in great shape.

The host was so kind and quick to answer questions, which helped us plan our time in Rome better. The terrace was lovely, and the rooms were clean. Getting around was easy too: Termini, public transport, and buses to both airports run from nearby, including through the night. There are a lot of marginalized communities around Termini station, but there’s also a strong police presence, and the area felt safe overall.

We slept well here, though we’re used to city noise and didn’t mind the tram passing every so often. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. We also had Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. For what you get, it’s good value in a handy spot for exploring Rome.

The terrace was a nice place to sit with a drink in the evening, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed. We stayed for four nights and found this a great base for Rome: the station and metro aren’t far, and most sights are within about a 30-minute walk. Check-in was really straightforward, even though we arrived after hours. The hotel communicated well beforehand. I’d recommend it to friends and would gladly come back.
