Stefano was the hotel’s greatest asset. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and available whenever we needed him, and we’re grateful for everything. The room was huge and recently restored. The location was great too, with everything within a 20-25 minute walk and bus and airport shuttle bus stations nearby.
Steve was incredibly friendly, easy to approach, and always reachable when we needed anything, which made our stay at Residenza Elizabeth even more comfortable. The place was neat, clean, and well maintained, with a convenient location close to major attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was really good too. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
We came back to the guest house every few hours with our toddler for restroom breaks and naps, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It’s only five to ten minutes from the main tourist spots. Steve made us feel so well looked after, with delicious breakfasts, great recommendations, and even a discounted laundry rate he arranged. This was our third destination, and Residenza Elizabeth was the best of them all. Thanks for everything, Steve. Wishing you and your wife all the best!
Steve was so helpful, even arranging our transfer from the airport and help with finding a testing station before our flight home. The room was clean, quiet, and nice, right in the centre of Rome and close to all the tourist sights. A perfect place for a weekend in the city.
We were welcomed warmly and the service was great. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the place is close to the city centre and lots of hotspots. A perfect place to stay in Rome. Definitely recommended!
