The service was flexible, and the rooms were clean.

We were able to check in and get inside easily, and could leave our bags at no charge after checkout while we took one last walk. The area is quiet and has good services nearby. Our room was cozy and comfortable, though not very big, and the bathrooms are new. The Colosseum and Trastevere are about a 30-minute walk away. The price felt a little high, but the location and other features made it understandable.

Via Ostiense has lots of cute spots, and the B&B is just a few steps from the Piramide metro station and bus stop. We stayed three nights and found it clean, welcoming, and friendly. The location was exactly what we wanted. We'd happily book it again if we come back to Rome.

The room was cleaned daily, and the woman who looked after it was really friendly. I also slept well on the comfortable bed, even with my back problems. They gave us two pillows. The shower takes a little fiddling to set, but it was fine once we figured it out. Getting around was easy by bus, with a stop about a four-minute walk away and good connections to places like the Colosseum and Pantheon. The metro is close too, though the woman who welcomed us warned us against using it because of pickpockets and frequent thefts. The neighborhood looked run-down and poorly maintained, which might put you off, but we had no trouble. The B&B is in a residential area and felt safe. One practical note: there are three entrances, including one on Via Ostiense. It's inside a community with an inner courtyard, so let the woman know when you arrive and she'll come meet you.
