For a short stay, the location is amazing, especially if you’re catching a train. There’s also a lift, which is handy with heavy bags. A couple of things could be better: the toilet makes loud, strange noises, and water got everywhere in the shower because the door didn’t close properly. The AC worked well, but I had to turn it off since the bed only had sheets and no blankets.

There are plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, gelato places, and other services nearby, and the central area felt safe. It’s great value for a shorter stay in Rome, and I’d book again. The bathroom issues mentioned in other reviews are real, but felt like a minor inconvenience compared with the other positives.

We’d booked months ahead to make sure we had a place, but they switched us to a different property just 30 minutes before our arrival date. A negative experience.

Meh. No window in the room, AC that didn’t work, no breakfast, an unpleasant smell, and a leaking shower that left water in the hallway.

The location was a real plus, and the curtains made the room completely dark for sleeping. The shower’s LED lights were nice too, and the owner was kind and always replied on WhatsApp. There were quite a few things that need fixing. The bidet faucet had a terrible flow, and although the shower itself was nice, the water quickly turned cold and leaked through doors that wouldn’t close properly. The TV remote didn’t work, and neither did the remote for adjusting the heating. The bed was a bit hard, and the two pillows didn’t match. A few repairs could make this place perfect.
