Eva's house

We were in town for a conference at the Ergife Hotel, just a five-minute walk away, which made the location really handy. The house is on a quiet private street, with a bus stop practically outside; you can take it to the nearest metro or keep going toward the historic center. Anne was precise, welcoming, and always helpful, and the house itself was very comfortable.

We found the apartment very comfortable and nicely furnished, with room for up to four people. Buses connect the property directly to the subway. The owner was very hospitable, stayed available throughout our visit, and suggested some excellent local places. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was spotless, and having air conditioning made a real difference in the intense summer heat. It was our second visit to Rome, and we had a wonderful stay at Anne's place. Anne helped us get ready for the trip and was easy to reach whenever we needed her. She shared useful addresses and recommendations, and even took care of our laundry when the apartment's washing machine broke. Her kindness and generosity made the stay feel special. We highly recommend her accommodation for a pleasant, memorable visit. Our experience was extraordinary, and we're confident yours will be too.

There are everyday shops, a pharmacy, and a great Italian restaurant just a few steps away, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The little apartment was very clean and worked well for a pleasant stay in Rome. The owners were friendly, spoke French, and gave us lots of useful tips for our visits. We'd happily come back!
