The communication and directions were excellent, and the place is very close to Pigneto metro station. The side streets felt quiet and a little eerie at night, though I think they’re safe. My room was quiet, but it had a strong damp smell and poor ventilation. I was next to the kitchen, where the oxygen and humidity problems were serious. It might be fine for one night, but a longer stay could affect your health.

We were on the top floor, so there were no neighbors, which was nice. The iron stairs up there are pretty steep, though, and on weekends you can hear people from the bars outside. The accommodation itself was cosy and clean, with working air conditioning and a fridge. There’s a small kitchen with what you need, plus a great terrace and view. It’s a reasonable distance from the center, with lots of restaurants nearby and tram, bus, and metro stops close at hand.

Pigneto is a charming neighborhood, and the roof terrace is lovely. The rooms were clean and we had a pleasant stay. It’s basically a slightly nicer youth hostel, which seems fair for the price.

The terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset, and the guesthouse is clean and quiet. It’s in a nice neighborhood with street art, restaurants, shops, bakeries, and pharmacies, plus transport into the city nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated, and check-in and checkout are convenient, especially if you’re travelling alone. One issue is the bathroom layout: with the shower, toilet, and main room so close together, water can flood the bathroom quite easily. Even so, I’d recommend the place. Thanks to Simone and the team.
